In the summer Neigong program, we have been learning Kigong Bup, a Korean long form. I’ve posted video of the form in the hopes that it will help students with memorization and flow. I’ve been working on new websites for our school.  Rather than a single site, we will now have several, each dedicated to one of our programs.  I just posted the Wee Warriors  and Neigong sites.  There are others in the works that will go live in the next few days.

Enjoy!
