In the summer Neigong program, we have been learning Kigong Bup, a Korean long form. I’ve posted video of the form in the hopes that it will help students with memorization and flow. In the video, I am performing Kigong Bup a little fast for the sake of demonstration. If you time your breath with your movements, and then slow your breathing as much as you can while maintaining a relaxed, calm state, you will move more slowly and find it a more meditative experience. Enjoy!
I finally got the last batch of videos from this years Open House edited and posted. What a fun day!
At TMAA, we have our own special way of celebrating student birthdays. Nate turned 23, so we threw him 23 times…or at least we thought we did. See if you can catch our mistake.
I’ve completed some new videos from the 2010 Open House. Enjoy!
Here is the first video from last weekend’s open house demo. It has the Wee Warriors struttin’ their stuff!
I’ve posted a new website dedicated to our Pyon Moo Do Kids program, as well as a video of some of our yellow belt girls. Enjoy!
I’ve posted a new TMAA video on YouTube. This one stars adult student Kaia as she talks about training at our Dojang. Enjoy!
I’ve just posted some videos from the school’s website on YouTube. Here’s old footage from 1996 when I was running a program at the University of Texas. My partner is Jobe Smith, a Tukong Moosul black belt. Also joining us is a tremendous amount of hair hanging from my head and face!
I’ve just posted a video of Nate Tingley describing his experience at TMAA as an apprentice and what it is like to work with such awesome kids. Let me know what you think!
