Foundations of Grappling
Foundations of Grappling is a no-gi Jiu-Jitsu class aimed at giving students the necessary tools to feel comfortable with grappling. Topics will include not just ground grappling, but also some wrestling (takedowns and takedown defense). While this class is aimed at making beginners feel comfortable on the mats, more experienced grapplers are also welcome.
Adult MMA
Adult MMAis a multidisciplinary program that rotates through areas of skill to develop a well-rounded martial artist. Topics include kickboxing, clinch/takedown, and submission grappling. We welcome students with no previous martial arts experience. All we ask is that you are open to learning! The program includes conditioning in every class to help you build a solid foundation of fitness that maximizes performance and minimizes injury.
Open Training / Sparring
For enrolled students only — open training times are students’ opportunity to review skills, use equipment, ask coaches questions, and participate in supervised sparring and rolling with their training partners. During the week, open training immediately follows class, and on Friday nights, students are welcome to come in for a full hour of open training.
